The Interplay among Organisational Learning Culture, Agility, Growth, and Big Data Capabilities

This paper examines how an organisational learning culture impacts agility by developing a model based on dynamic capabilities. The treats as capability and explains (OLC) triggers chain reaction through its influence (OA) that ultimately results in company growth. also investigates the role of big data capabilities transferring outcomes into is tested collected from survey 138 Australian companies. Partial least squares structural equation modeling adopted to empirically demonstrate fully mediates impact In addition, this further sheds light moderating competencies effects OLC OA. After presenting with implications theory practice, ends suggestions for future studies.
